I am an inspiration... My name is Sarai I am 27 years old and I have gone from a size 16 to a size 6 in the space of 6 months by eating healthy and exercising. A video for my mom
For my mother who said "Is parkour like yoga?" This is Parkour mama... :-)
so i googled Parkour and found a fun video at Parkourgenerations.com This looks amazing. Its almost like a dance... so fluid. ANd it makes traditional walls/paths obsolete. How fun!! I'll def be checking in on your journey! Really proud of you chicka!!!!
